Creating housing for more than 40 students, just in time for the fall semester.
We were hired to complete a new dormitory on a tight timeline and successfully completed the project over the summer months before the fall semester started. For consistency between buildings, we followed a Spanish style on the building’s exterior, complete with a red clay roof. For the interior, we designed a large common area at the entrance, creating a relaxing environment for the students.
