Creating a new dealership that reflected the brand standards in a clean and modern way.
We leveled the site, filling one end of the site to a 12-foot depth. We built the new dealership to feature the main showroom, a full-service station, a car wash and a large lot with canopies.
For energy and environmental efficiency, we installed one large fan to cool the building instead of an air conditioning system and heated the station with used motor oil.
